product design features
with rising stem and mechanical cam design to achieve the tilt and turn action, eliminates friction and abrasion between body seat and ball surface. single seat design can eliminate the
problem of excessive pressure trapped in the body cavity. rising stem ball valves are widely used in those plants where are with high temperature, high pressure, frequent operation,
zero leakage, emergency shutoff, hazardous medium isolation, etc. some typical applications such as molecular sieves exchange valve,
hydrogen dispenser inlet and outlet valve, emergency shutoff valve, measuring pipeline shutoff valve,etc.
the design features of the floating ball valves include
1.flow resistance is small
2.mechanical cam forced seal with reliable sealing performance ;
3.tope entry design ,easy for online maintenance;
4.when opening or closing ,there is no friction between seat and ball, operating torque is small and longer life;
5.double guide tracks design;
6.multi seals on stem with good sealing performance;
