the impeller feeder (ash discharge valve)r is also called the star discharger. it is used to continuously and uniformly feed the dry powdery material or small particle material in the upper silo to the next equipment. this feeder is widely used in the material conveying system of cement, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and light industry as feeding equipment. the impeller feeder is a kind of quantitative feeding equipment. this machine is equipped with bly series cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which is directly and rigidly connected with the main shaft through the output shaft of the reducer, thereby driving the main shaft and the impeller to rotate. the impeller is equipped with a number of impeller blades, which are equipped with rubber sealing sheets, which are pressed by a pressure plate, and the sealing sheets are close to the inner wall of the casing. when the motor rotates, the main shaft and the impeller rotate at the same time. when the material passes through the upper silo, the material port enters the impeller groove, and the rotating impeller brings the material to the discharge port and feeds it out.

3. bearings and gear boxes are far away from the valve body to avoid the influence of high temperature dust. the front and rear end covers have good sealing performance to prevent dust from leaking out and prolong the service life of motor parts and lubrication systems.
4. the impeller feeder has strong overload capacity and small impact-resistant inertia moment, which is suitable for frequent starting and reverse rotation.
5. if users need special specifications, dischargers such as motors and sprocket drives can be made.
